CC2540 connection problem

After installing RFStudio and Packet Sniffer, I plugged in CC2540 USB dongle.

Sniffer is working fine.

There is no device connection on RFStudio. When I clicked "Find device", computer hanged up.

Please help.

To run SmartRF Studio, you need to connect the debug connector on the USB dongle to the CCdebugger or SmartRF05 EB board. Remember to power the USB dongle as well (from the USB for instant). You can not run SmartRF Studio from the USB alone.
