If I remember correct, BTool will be installed to "C:\Program Files\Texas Instruments\BTool\" too when you install BLE stack.

Yes that is correct. If you need to reinstall for some reason and don't want to overwrite your original install, you can just reinstall the stack to a different location.

I found it under C:\ti\simplelink\ble_sdk_2_02_00_31\tools\btool

Yes, that's where btool is in BLE Stack 2.x
