Is there any test data shows the maximal data throughput of CC2640?

I can find the data throughput for CC2540, but seems there is no such information for CC2640.

Sorry, we have not set up any similar code example for CC2640 that I know of.

When using CC254x with overlapped processing you should be able to achieve somewhere around ~15 kbytes/second using GATT notifications. CC2640 will be able to do this and better as you can use L2CAP Connection Oriented Channels (new feature in BT 4.1 spec.).
