Hello,

Iam using Ble Device Monitor Android app to update the Firmware of device. However after writting around 5000 bytes the status is busy and not
able to update the firmware. Is there any solution?

Have you made any changes in the Firmware? Also, if possible please try to upgrade the firmware using TI's Multitool application first. You can try with BLE Device Monitor desktop application.

I tried to do firmware update using Android App named Ble Device Monitor from Sensor Tag. what is the name for TI's Multitool application ? Is it for Android? Also I have not made any changes to the firmware.

Aslo I tried to install Ble Device monitor desktop version. It gives me error "Failed to open COM1" when the application starts

The TI's "Multitool" application is the Application name itself. It is for iOS. For BLE device monitor desktop application you need CC2540 based USB dongle from TI.

Thank you Dhaval V for your help. I will check hardware team if they make any firmware change on the device one more time.

The firmare update is working in multitool app of IOS. But not working in BLE Device monitor Android app.
