Slow Scan in Android Lollipop

Hello,

the sensor Tag device is scan slow in Android lollipop. I have tried the Low_Latency_Mode. But still the scan is slow.Is there any way to increase the scanning speed?

Hi Deepak,

I have assigned this case to our SensorTag expert. He might know why this is slow on Lollipop.

Hi Deepak,

In addition, can you list the phone HW make & model as well as the exact Android SW version. Also, which app are you using on the phone to scan for the SensorTag?

Bellow are the detail about phone hardware and Android Version:

1) Phone: Google Nexus 4 upgrade to Android Lollipop 5.0.1

2) App Used to Scan: Ble Sensor Tag

Hi Deepak,

Since you are using the TI BLE Sensor Tag apk, you can download the source and rebuild it to do faster scanning.
