Via the sensortag from the iOS AppStore I was notified that a firmware update is available.

Where to find the information on what has been changed?

    If you open the app in app store and go to "Version History" you will see the info.

    I am not quite sure what you mean about firmware. Everything there is strictly referencing the app source code for iOS.

    Yes, and thats great! But the app comes with a new firmware for the sensor tag 2.0 (cc2650stk) version 0.91 & 1.01 and I want to know whats new in this cc2650stk firmware. App improvements are always great! But right now I am interested in the firmware improvements. :)

    I do not know the details other than that the latest version is the only one with good performance. I will ask the firmware developer for some input.

    Here is some info on the different firmware versions:

    0.89:
    SensorTag application based on BLE Stack 2.0 Beta. Used Boot Image Manager in page 0/1, application from page 2 (address 0x2000). Supports upgrade to version BLE SensorTag FW 0.91 only. After upgrading to 0.91, an upgrade to the latest BLE FW is recommended. Fast OAD not supported. Factory reset not supported.

    0.91:
    SensorTag application based on BLE Stack 2.0 Beta. This FW revision supports upgrading any BLE SensorTag application with revision 1.0 and above. Fast OAD not supported. Factory reset not supported.

    1.00:
    SensorTag application based on BLE Stack 2.0. This FW revision (released with CC26xx RTM) supports upgrading to any BLE application with revision 1.0 and above. It can also download ZigBee SensorTag applications. Fast OAD not supported. Factory reset supported.

    1.01:
    SensorTag application based on BLE Stack 2.0. This FW revision supports upgrading to any BLE application with revision 1.0 and above. It can also download ZigBee SensorTag applications. The only difference from version 1.0 is that fast OAD is supported. Factory reset supported
