Is it posible to change the MTU Fame size of the SPP profile while being connected ?

We have a MTU size of 500bit and would like to change the MTU depending on the use. Is this posible ?

Hi,

I believe you are referring to the transmit & receive buffer size of the SPP profile itself(SPP_Set_Configuration_Parameters() ). If so, then it needs to be configured before opening/accepting a connection.

No, I am actually referring to the packet size that is transmitted over the wireless link. This is usually in the range from 200bits - 1000 bits. It is then negotiated when the connection is established on the RFCOMM protocol layer. I am wondering if this can be changed on the fly while the connection is established.

The receive and transmit buffer sizes are irrelevant on this part.

No, it cannot be negotiated after connection.
