Other Parts Discussed in Thread: CC2538, CC2650
I have a question about the CCS license. I was wondering if I use GNU compiler (e.g., GNU v4.8.4 Linaro) for ARM Cortex-M3 TI chips such as CC253x, CC26xx, is the license FREE?
Thanks.

Thanks. That explains my question.
Another question is CCS Cloud. It seems I can use that for compiling CC253x/CC26xx devices too. Is that perpetually free tool? I understand that CCS Cloud has more limited features than CCS Desktop.
Thank you for your answer. I was wondering the free CCS license that comes with CC-DEVPACK-DEBUGGER with CC26xx are good for CC2538 as well, or the license can only be used for CC-DEVPACK-DEBUGGER with CC26xx?
I hope there some free license solution for CC2538 because I only want to develop these two chips (i.e., CC2538 and CC2650).
