I was not able to debug by using IAR plugin

Hi all,

          I have installed IAR plugin in eclipse. I have created normal c project with IAR tool chain that time i was able to generate .out, .hex, .bin and I was able to debug by using C Spy Debugger by using j-link segger. When I am creating the Simple Makefile Project with the IAR tool Chain I was not able to debug, When I am setting debug configuration it is showing the current launch configuration is not valid. Do we need to set any flags in the makefile for Debugging. If any one have tried this help me.
