As TI provide "Bluetooth and MSP430 Audio Sink Reference Design" reference design is very helpful.

But we can't find source code of MSP430 . Would you pls share it ?

Please find the sample apps at: www.ti.com/.../tibluetoothstack-sdk
Download the "1.5 R2" MSP430 release. Under "Samples" you will find the sample app source code.
