Hi Gennady,

Basically any IO pins can be used for UART. The exception is if you want to use the built-in bootloader. Refer to the technical reference manual for details: www.ti.com/.../swcu117

For CC2640 RSM Package 15 and 16 pin for hardware UART?

As I wrote, any pins can be used for UART.
