CC2650 DevPack Debugger not found

Other Parts Discussed in Thread: CC2650, CC2650STK

Hi,

I just got my SensorTag CC2650 + DevPack Debugger. I was trying to setup CCS6.1 with ble_cc26xx_setupwin32_2_00_00_42893 and Flash Programmer 2 v1.6.1. Everything was fine, I can debug from CCS6.1 (though the hexfiles from SensorTag and SensorTagStack projects from ble_cc26xx_setupwin32_2_00_00_42893 causes the android apps to crash upon completion of service discovery). I can also reprogram my SensorTag using Flash Programmer 2 v1.6.1.

My problem is, all of a sudden, my DevPack Debugger is not recognised when connecting to PC with SensorTag and battery. I can see the green LED on DevPack Debugger and blinking green LED on SensorTag when connecting to PC, but on the PC, nothing happen (not even "Unknown USB device detected"). I have tried to reinstall Flash Programmer 2 v1.6.1 (which I believe will reinstall the drivers), tried debugging from CCS6.1 and tried Flash Programmer 2 v1.6.1, but all of them cannot detect DevPack Debugger. However, when I connect DevPack Debugger with SensorTag but without battery to PC, PC successfully detect it as Stellaris Device Firmware Upgrade. I tried with xdsdfu to reflash the firmware on DevPack Debugger and it returns with "Downloading firmware.bin to device...", which I assume download is successful. However, the problem is still lurking.

Does anyone know what is happening and have any idea or suggestion to rectify the problem? Thank you.
