CC2541 hardware Design files for Battery backed up RTC application

Hi ,

Planning to use CC2541F128RHA  for a battery backed up RTC application.  

A  GPIO has to go HIGH / LOW at a pre programmed time.  Time settable from Mobile based  Android  Application.

Please  let me know whether following example files/docs are available using CC2541F128RHA   

1. Schematic (.dsn ) + BOM  

2. Board Layout file (.brd) 

3. Any Android  mobile application  

Also please let me know

4. Is CC2541F128RHA the cheapest solution for BLE  ?
