BH1751FVI use I2C as interface so you can refer to hal_i2c.c of SensorTag project in C:\Texas Instruments\BLE-CC254x-1.4.0\Projects\ble\SensorTag.

You can refer to mbedcircuit.blogspot.tw/.../mbed-read-bh1751fvi-digital-light.html which provide you source code but you need to modify it to CC2541.
