Hi,

My customer is evaluating CC2650STK ( SimpleLink SensorTag). As he has run the kit for a hour,   Accelerometer, Magnetometer and Gyroscope seems to be stopped. Because the status aren't updated in GUI. The other sensors such as Light sensor, Temperature,etc are working.

I guess this phenomenon could be happened because CC2650 cannot supply 2.4V~3.6V to MPU-9250 when battery voltage down to under 3.0V or the software of SenserTag has timeout function for the Movement function.

Is there timeout function in software for sensortag?

    Hi Shunsuke,

    I do not think there is a timeout function, but that this happens due to low battery voltage as you suggest. You can check if the same occurs if the SensorTag is powered with a power supply, or you can also check the battery voltage when the problem occurs.
