Thank you for adding support for the CC2541 in CCS!!!! I have purchased all of the new beacons and the SensorTag DevPack and I'm sitting here raring to go!!.

Does anyone have any documentation at all or even a clue how to use this?????

The CC2541 has a 8051 core. Unfortunately, 8051 architecture is currently not supported by Code Composer Studio IDE. Therefore, the IAR Embedded Workbench has to be used.

An evaluation version can be downloaded from the following link:

Eirik!!!!!! I'm holding in my hand a brand new TI Debugger DevPack. CC-DEVPACK-DEBUG, Item LBL702A. This is a board that fits on top of the Tag. On the flier (SWRT023) I quote "3 Download and launch the free Code Composer Studio from www.ti.com/tool/ccstudio to start the developing session with the SensorTag". Huh?

Hello,
This is for the CC2650 Simplelink Sensortag (2.0).

The CC-DEVPACK-DEBUG contains a XDS110 JTAG debugger and cannot be used with the CC2541 sensortag.

Thanks Eirik! I did order all three of the new Tags. Haven't arrived yet.

Documentation would still be a good thing.
