Unable to debug cc2640

We made a PCB board according to the reference design of cc2640, and we are able to download both stack & app to target through IAR & xds100v3. But failed to debug the app. It reports Error -2134 in IAR. And it looks like the 24M crystal is not working.

Any clue to solve this?

I would suggest you using Flash Programmer 2 to check if your own CC2640 can be detected first.

Are you using a 24 MHz crystal with right specifications? Do you have external load capacitors?

Of cause, it can be detected.

No matter the external load capacitors (12pF in my case)added or not, it is not working either, the voltage level we measured on pin x24_n/x24_p is nearly zero.

Is it your code or ours? Does it work with one of our example code? Have you tested several boards? Just to narrow down where the issue is. BTW, when you measured on the 24 MHz crystal, was the device powered off? otherwise this can break the device, see processors.wiki.ti.com/.../CC26xx_Tips_and_Tricks

I used the official code, not a single line modified. I tested it on several boards, none of them work. When I measured the crystal, the device is on. But how can i measured the crystal when it is power off?
