I want to use the CC2564MODN-Module in Japan.
In the Datasheet, only the FCC Certification is mentioned.
For Japan, I am save when the Module has an "MIC" Approval/Certification.
But i also read the following: "Under a bi-lateral agreement, the US and Japan have effected the implementation of a Mutual Recognition Arrangement that allows the acceptance of certification decisions under each respective country’s regulations."
But up to now, i have not found the exact text of this agreement.

Can TI confirm, that their FCC-Certification allows a legal selling and use of devices with an build-in CC2564MODN in Japan
or if not, what steps must be made to do so.
