Bluetooth-4.0 not detecting

Hi everyone,

I am trying to interface Bluetooth 4.0 device with Beagle Bone Black, Which is running on Linux platform. But Bluetooth is not detecting when I connect it to the Beagle Bone Device.

Steps Tried:

1. I have tried connecting with PC(LINUX OS) which  worked fine.

2. Same thing I tried connecting with Beagle Bone which is not detecting Bluetooth.

Please anyone do suggest me how to solve this problem, which will be a great help.

    Hi Sathya,

    What are you trying to do? Are you interfacing a CC2640 or CC2541 with the BBB? What kind of interface are you using?

    I am trying to interface Bluetooth -V4.0 LB4 Dongle(Manufacturer- Leoxsys) with BBB, but its not detecting.
    I have tried to connect by using this command in BBB terminal,

    root@beaglebone:~# lsusb

    but it was showing this message,

    Bus 001 Device 001: ID Id6b:0002 Linux Foundation 2.0 root hub
    Bus 002 Device 001: ID Id6b:0002 Linux Foundation 2.0 root hub

    Please suggest me, how to solve this problem.
