CC2541 lost first MAC-adr after programming, why?

After programming the CC2541 with the SmartRF Flash Programmer, some chips  have all the same first MAC-address 00-12-4B-00-00-00-01, the second MAC-address is FF-FF-FF-FF-FF-FF.
If any where know, what is this problem?
We program 850 chips and have over 20 CC2541 with this MAC-address.

    Hi Herbert,

    Did you check the box 'Retain IEEE address when reprogramming the chip'? Since the secondary address is located in the last flash page, it will be erased unless the option is checked.

    Hi Cetri,

    we have now one system found, which is open with this problem.
    I erase the chip with disabled check box 'Retain IEEE address when reprogramming the chip' and read after them the primary and secondary IEEE are back.

    Thats the response:
    1. IEEE = 00124B000001
    2. IEEE = FFFFFFFFFFFF

    The first IEEE is my problem, that we have the value "00124B000001" on multiple chips
