Hello Harold,

The SensorTag SW source code is contained in the BLE Stack V2 SDK and distributed under the TI Commercial License.

Many thanks for your answer. But still, I am not sure if my question was clear enough.

The GITEKI mark (Technical Standards Conformity Certification) is issued by the Ministry of Internal Affairs and Communications. This is a required for radio equipment in Japan.

We have completed certification for Giteki in April. New SensorTags produced after April (revision 1.3) have the Giteki marking on the PCB.

Unfortunately I cannot guarantee that you will get the 1.3 revision if you order now, but within the next few weeks we should have only revision 1.3 in stock.
