Other Parts Discussed in Thread: CC2592, CC2540, CC2541, CC2590

I am designing a module that contains CC2540 and CC2592.I have got the reference from the design of CC2541 and CC2590.
1. There are 3 pins of CC2592 that I have confusion about which is PA_EN,LNA_EN and HGM_EN. Where does it connects to on CC2540??
2. Do I need to change the stack-up in software for CC2540?? and can I get some reference in which files?
