CC2640 standby current consumption

I have a custom CC2640 board. My board consumes static 410uA in standby mode. I have narrow it down and 99% the cc2640 consumes this current.

My question is what parts of the chip could be active in standby? and How can I determine which one is responsible for this consumption??

I have already checked GPIOs and none is consuming current.

I can see 2 uA on my customized CC2650 module. If you have checked IO, I would suggest you to check power circuit.

In fact, there was a problem with i2c module. I have turned off an ic on i2c bus, but there was a leak current on SDA and SCL pins.
