Hi 

I have found the accelerometer data on the BLE TI app is no longer being displayed. This has not been an issue before and has not started for no apparent reason at all.

 has anyone else has an issue with this?

    Hello,

    I'm assuming you are referring to the SensorTag 2.0 (CC2650STK). There was an issue recently discovered that was causing brown-outs on the MPU9250 due to low voltage. You can refer to this thread: e2e.ti.com/.../1521383

    Yes I am uses the CC2650STK model. After changing the battery and updating firmware the IBM app is still not recording the motion data. However the data can be recorded by other applications such as EVOthings. I need to be able to push the data to the cloud with the sensorTag app. Is there a solution t get the motion data to record.

    I did some testing and the sensor is giving a very weak signal for motion even with the new battery is this an issue due to the sensor of will a strong battery be required. 3V is currently being used
