CC2564YFVR 54-BGA, DSBGA

Lowell Stewart

I see lots of CC2564YFVR parts at distributors. My client likes the 54-BGA, DSBGA package. But I don't see anything about this part on TI websites or in TI documentation? Is this a real part? Can I actually use this part? Is there some kind of problem with this part?

I called the Customer Support Center at (512) 434-1560. They said that they were going to research this. I am quite puzzled?

Thanks! This is much clearer.

But I am not sure if my client would be considered a "High volume customer" or not. They are a startup so they do not have an existing relationship with TI. I can't tell you their expected product volume. Do you have a "rule of the thumb" about the required product volume so I don't waste everyone's time?
