CC2640 - Getting current connection parameters on central

Hello,

I am wondering how to get the current connection parameters on the central. I would like to know these values if the peripheral updates the connection parameters. Is there an API function to get the parameters on the central? I can't seem to find one.

Hi Ben,

The application will get GAP_LINK_PARAM_UPDATE_EVENT when a connection parameter update is completed. You will find it in the function SimpleBLECentral_processRoleEvent(). The updated parameters will come with pEvent->linkUpdate.

Hi Cetri,

I'm doing this and it works great! However, I was wondering if it is possible to obtain the min and max connection interval parameters when the connection parameters are updated?

Hi,

I am doing that and it works fine. What I would like to know is the min and max thresholds that were set (min connection interval / max connection interval). You are able to read and set these in the peripheral. You are only able to set them in the central. The link update only gives you the connection interval, not the min max parameters that were set on the peripheral.
