how to decrypt the packets data of html file (hex values) for BLE, captured by Sniffer

i want to read my sensor tag output data packets value. which was captured by sniffer. i cant able to read that html file, where the hexadecimal values are written.

so is there any conversion software any any logic you have. please let me know..
