How to control CC2640 Pin-3/4 (RX_TX) ?

Hi,

The application circuit In CC2640 datasheet shows the antenna connection with 3 pins, RF_P, RF_N and RX_TX.

If RX_TX pin is connected, is any API (HCI ?) call needed in order to control it ? Or will it be automatically controlled by the BLE stack ?

Hi Thomas,

As long as you configure your SW to use external bias the RXTX control will be automatically controlled by the RF core.

For the SW side, to configure the antenna layout, please see the BLE SW Developer's Guide (SWRU393) as well as bleUserConfig.h.
