BLE Stack download confirm process is not working.

Now I try download the BLE Stack 2 from http://www.ti.com/tool/ble-stack.

If I click the button download then I can see the page the title "U.S Government export approval" .

In this approval page, I fill the all fields and press the button "submit", the next page not shown and progress is stop. 

my web browser I.E. version11 and Chrome have the same trouble. 

Please guide how to download the BLE stack files.
