Cannot download CCS and BLE-Stack V2

Hi, I was trying to download both Code Composer Studio (http://www.ti.com/tool/ccstudio) and the BLE-Stack V2 (www.ti.com/.../ble-stack) for my CC2650DK.
I already filled out the form "US Government Export Approval" several times. Then I was forwarded to a blank page which appears nothing. I did not even get any email from TI for the download links. Please help me out.

I was trying with the browser Safari and Firefox.

There are technical issues sometimes on TI web sites. You may try again and it would work later. By the way, do clear cache to browser before you try.

Thanks, Yikai Chen. Your suggestion really helps me. I finally could download the files after clearing cache to the browser.
