Hi All, 

Can you please tell me how to download hex code into the CC2540 IC using minimum debug configuration.

I have DC, DD, Reset, VCC, GND all connected.

I saw voltage of 1.25V at the R bias pin IC.30 pin.

I saw voltage of 1.8V at IC.40 pin.

I tried to connect the board using CC Debugger, but the debugger is not able to detect the IC.

Question:

Is it possible for code download using Smart RF Flash Programmer to download code into the CC2540 IC using the CC Debugger?

    If your CC debugger can not detect your CC254x, I suggest you to check CC254x crystal circuit. If CC debugger can detect CC254x, it is no problem to use Flash Programmer to download code into CC2540 by CC debugger.
