I have a SensorTag CC2650 and the devpack debugger.  I want to learn how to use the TI RTOS as well as the BLE.

There seems to be 2 separate APIs:  cc26xx Driver Library  and the API outlined in swru393.pdf (SimpleLink Bluetooth Low Energy software developers guide)

Which of these two should I be focusing on ?
