CC2640 : Disconnecting after scan with CC2640_5ID configuration

Hello,

I am creating a custom board using a CC2640 5*5 package.

I used the sensorTag and the simpleBLEPeripheral projects as base.

But I have a problem when connecting my device with my Mac Mini. After discovering my device and scanning the services, my software says that the device disconnected. Using debug I observe a disconnection due to supervision timeout.

The more surprising is that when I compile my soft and stack on the sensorTag, it does not disconnect !

I am completely lost.

Please, do you have any idea to solve my issue? I am kind in a hurry!

Hi Fabien,

Have you verified that the 32 kHz oscillator is running at the correct frequency?

Hi Fredrik,

Thank you for your rapid answer. We have already tested our 32kHz oscillator and it seems to run correctly (~32,769kHz). In order to be sure, we are testing with a quartz this time.

Have you heard of some people succeeding with a cc2640 in 5ID configuration. I am a bit worried about the BLE Stack, since I only saw 7ID, 5XD, 4XD and 4XS configuration. Actually we use the same config as 7ID.

Do you think it can be a problem ?
