Using CC256X Bluetooth Hradware Evaluation tool always shows "Com port time out"

hi,

i use the CC256X Bluetooth Hradware Evaluation tool  to do the BT test.

my HW connection:

PC ( With CC256X Bluetooth Hradware Evaluation tool )<- USB-Serial Bridge -> CC2564MOD.  Baud rate: 115200

the SP version is 1.2

every time i power up the system, download the SP to CC2564MOD, then send the HCI UART TX(PC  to module) command, but there's no response till message "Com port time out".

i can sure that the slow clock and SHDN have normal input to CC2564MOD, and i try to swap the TX & RX pin, but still happen "Com port time out"

i need a hint how to solve this problem, thank you.
