How to calculate RANGE (Distance) from TX Power in CC2538+CC2592

Hi 

I am using CC2538 + CC2592 module for contiki 6LowPAN communication, and I am able to use CC2592 with 6LowPAN. But how determine Range (Distance) from TX Power ? 

For Example If I set     REG(RFCORE_XREG_TXPOWER) = 0xD5 // (20.9 dbm)  ....  CC2592 support .

so in this what will be the transmission distance? and how to calculate with respect to dbm (TX POWER)  

I am using CC2538-CC2592 Evaluation Module Kit.
