What's the advange of using CC2564MODN instead of CC2564?

We noticed that it's claimed in CC2564MODN's datasheet that:

– CE Certified as Summarized in the Declaration

– Bluetooth 4.1 Controller Subsystem Qualified

Does this mean if we use CC2564MODN on our board, we can use it's FCC and CE certification directly and don't have to do these cetifications by ourselves?
