Does CC2564's QFN reference design have PCB stack up requirement as CC2563MODN do?

If a CC2564's QFN reference design is followed to build a module soldering on a mother board, as below pictures show, does it have have PCB stack up requirement on the mother board as CC2563MODN do?

That's for daughter board, but I was asking for the mother board.

Zhu,

The requirement for the QFN package is for the PCB where it will be placed. I assume you are talking about an end product which consists of several PCBs. In that case, the requirement is only for the PCB where the QFN is placed.
