Hi,

I want to use cc2541 with cc2592 to increase tx power to 22dbm achieve long range(I know BLE tx poer limited to 10dbm).I am searching for the reference design to implement this combination.

Is it possible to replace cc2530 with CC2541 in cc2530+cc2592EM.Has anyone successfully implemented this? will it give good performance?is there any other option to implement this combination?

I would recommend to copy the CC2538-CC2592 design (schematic and layout) closely for the CC2592 part. Between the two parts I would recommend to keep the placeholder for a component between the RFN and RFP lines. For the CC2541 part, follow the CC2541 ref design for everything except the RF lines.

In cc2541+cc2590EM schematic,The RF_N and RF_P pins of cc2541 are connected to inductor and capacitor,Do i need to do the same for cc2541+cc2592 combination?

No, I would stick to a shunt inductor between the RF_N and RF_P pins only, this should be sufficient for good performance.

what do you mean by this line,
