The current CC2564MODN spec (SWRS160B REVISED JULY 2014) appears to have a dimensional error on page 39. We would like to know what the correct dimensions are. I have created a PDF file which contains a graphic which clearly shows the error, which I have attempted to attach. To explain as best I can without the graphic, the width of the module is 7.0 mm. Using coordinate x = 0 as the center, coordinate x = -3.5 is obtained by adding:
0 - a1/2 - c3 - a1 - b3 = -3.5 mm
However, adding the pad widths and gaps across the bottom produces x = +3.4 at lower right corner. It should be x = +3.5.
