The SPI module on the sensor controller is a bit-banged implementation. It might be possible in theory, but the baud rate would probably be very low. I will confirm it with our developer and get back to you. It might take some time so feel free to ping me back in a few weeks.

Hello Nad,
I talked to the developer and the conclusion is that as of now we will not implement bit-banged SPI slave on the sensor controller.
Implementing a bit banged SPI slave on the sensor controller would give very low baud rates and the sensor controller would have to be in active mode all the time consuming around 7-800 uA in average. It is better to utilize the SPI/SSI module in the MCU domain.

Eirik, thanks for checking into this for. How slow is too slow. Can it receive a spi clock of 800 kHz? Thanks, Nad
