I am not able to program CC2541 using cc debugger

Thanks for the response. I checked the power supply it is 3.14V. the debugger works well with our other zigbee boards(based on cc2530) boards. I am connecting the debugger connection manually through wires from jumper JP1 and JP2. I checked the debugger connections multiple times its seems OK. i connected dc to pin2 , dd to pin 4,reset to pin 7, and power from cc debugger 9th pin, ground from 1st pin, vcc feedback to pin 2. I will check the decoupling interface . what will happen if RBIAS is directly connected to GND without 56 k resistor. Initially the RBIAS was connected to GND due to minor unknown copper trace in the board, later i discovered the trace and removed that trace. Is this incident has any effect on debugger connection.?

Thanks for the response. I made another board and it was connected to debugger for about half an hour. After that again its disconnected from debugger. I have attached the board layout. please give your comments on layout. I added two decoupling capacitors near VCC which is not present in the layout file. Rbias,Decoup,VCC all are showing around 3.2v. I powered the board from 9th pin of debugger.Topside.pdfbottomside.pdfThanks

 I have made a new layout for CC2541 based on the CC2541 cc2541 EVM schematic.pdfcc2541 EVM TOP side.pdfcc2541 EVM Bottom side.pdfreference design boards. I have attached the files. please tell me whether the layout has proper grounding and decoupling capacitors. Please tell any other corrections required in the schematic and board layout.

You will need to improve the grounding by adding many more vias to GND. All the RF components and decoupling capacitors should have separate vias to GND, you need GND vias underneath the chip and generally just some randomly spaced vias to connect the GND layer on the top and bottom layer. I would also alter the VDD routing on the bottom layer to not make the U shape. This will split the GND for the chip and decoupling caps and make return paths for any stray currents long. The chip balun should be closer to the RF pins. And also the decoupling cap should be closer to the pin it is to decouple for pin 24.

      I received the new boards for CC2541. I assembled and tested the board. It was working fine for about one hour. then chip is gone. The CC debugger was not able to recognize the board and then i checked the Decoup pin which ouputs 3.0v instead 1.8v and Rbias pin voltage also gives the same. looks like the Decoup pin internally shorted as i am not able to find any direct physical connection between vcc and Decouple pin. I have attached the schematic and board file. I am not able to find out how the chip got failed.please help me. I am powering the board from cc debugger. cc2541 sch.pdfcc2541 brd.pdf

Yes. I don't have CC2541 chip. i ordered CC2541 and TPS62730. i will receive components in 5-6 days. i will make a second board next week and will contact you.

Thanks CHS. I made the new board with TPS62730 and its is working fine. Fortunately the old one also working now. i didn't do any changes in that board and its working. In new board everything is ok but after downloading the SIMPLEBLEPHERIPHERAL code, I reset the Board and measured the voltages from VCC, DCOUP. they are fine but in RBIAS no voltage is coming. it becomes 0V after reset or upon clicking the GO button in IAR. Is it NORMAL. or will it create any future problems. The TPS62730 OUTPUT is 2.07V.  and DCOUP pin outputs 1.84. INPUT supply is 3.26V.  I am able to successfully pair the board with mobile phone. Once again thanks for your responses.
