Hi,

I am very new to CC2540 and never developed an application before.

I want to use DS18B20 to measure temperature and see this result from another connected bluetooth device.

DS18B20 has a 1-wire communication protocol in which I have to assign a pin to it and in microseconds intervals change the state (high-low) and direction (input-output) of the pin.

Could you help me with some example codes and projects?

If you don't have to use CC2540, I would suggest you to study CC2650STK which has temperature sensor embedded.

We are using CC2540 in our IoT project and built a PCB with it, so I do not have any other options. Thanks

I see. I think you have to do DS18B20 driver by yourself and you can refer to SensorTag example in BLE-STACK 1.4.1 which show you how to send temperature by BLE.
