CC2650 - Why doesn't 7x7 package have RX_TX pin "Option bias pin for RF LNA?"

CC2650 - Why doesn't 7x7 package have RX_TX pin "Option bias pin for RF LNA?"  Both the 4x4 and 5x5 package have this pin and use it in the reference schematics included in the TI Product Folder Technical Documents.

Are there any noteworthy performance differences between the 4x4, 5x5, and 7x7 packages?
