Over the air download using TI android app to update the firmware of BLE cc2650 has bricked the device.
Now it does not even blink the led.
I'm using BLE Rev.1.1.3 with PCB Rev.1.2 from April 2015
Any directions on how I can recover the sensortag?

I've had this happen when using CCS Cloud (but not when doing an OTA update).
Assuming you've checked the battery and have access to the cc-devpack-debug, the easiest way to fix this is using the SmartRF Flash Programmer 2 to reflash the SensoryTag hex file located in the BLE 2.1 stack or the BLE Device Monitor.
See the Debug DevPack User Guide for details.
