I want to design pcb about cc2541.But Are these capasitors and bobbins design importent? I need to very very small pcb so can I change these equipments design?

No, you cannot remove these components as they are critical for both functionality and performance. The components you have marked are the balun and filter, decoupling capacitors and crystals. If you need a very small pcb I would rather consider using a chip balun (seet the web for reference design) and a chip antenna to save space.

Unfortunately there is not much to move either. You can move the crystals and the crystal load capacitors (not too far though). The balun however must be close to the RF pins and symmetrical and there is not much space to save for the filter and antenna match either. The decoupling caps must also be placed close to the VDD pin it is to deocuple, so I do not recommend to move these either.
