How to add uart in BIM project?

You would have to use CC26XXWARE (driverLib) directly to access the UART peripheral registers as the TI-RTOS driver can't be used in the BIM.

Why is baudrate equals 19200, though I use UARTConfigSetExpClk() with parametres :
UART0_BASE,
clock (24 MHz) -24000000,
baudrate - 9600,
Config - 0x00000060
