I would like to clarify the deviation on transmit power for each channels

With reference : www.ti.com/.../swra365b.pdf

Table 7.

The min Max staed is -2 to 9dBm, i do not think think this figure is realistic as it is suggesting a 11dBm spread.

Hi Ivan,

I am not sure why those columns are in the table, as they do not reflect any test- or characterization limits. That being said, the CC2540 is a quite old part, and it is not too good on output power tolerance. While the typical distribution is expected to be within +/-4 dB, there could be devices with even lower output power. The CC2541 has better linearization in the RF part and will have tighter tolerance, and the CC2640 is even better.
