Checking attribute table for cc2650 development kit

Hello,

I want to program cc2640 and I am quite new to programming. I have my circuit borad ready just stuck with coding using ccs.The Simplelink academy was helpful, until I discovered BLE device monitor cannot be used with SmartRF06 Evaluation board. I am getting error when I am trying to connect it 'Failed to open COM port'. Is there any other way to look at attribute table for cc2650 development kit?

Do you have a smart phone? If yes, you can download LightBlue, sensortag or other BLE application.

Hello,

Make sure you flashed the CC2640_SmartRF-7ID_HostTestRelease_All.hex to your CC2650EM (on the SmartRF06 board). This should expose a USB COM port that you connect BLE DM or BTool to.

Hello,

Thank you for the help, it is working now. One more help I need,when I connect I can see my project name which I changed in trainingTag.c file. But, the service and characteristics generated by me displays UNKNOWN CHARACTERISTIC/SERVICE. In which file can I change it?
