It is the VDDS voltage so 1.8 V to 3.8 V

Thank you. But the other terminal of the bead(BLM18HE152SN1) connected to decoupling capacitors is also VDDS, So both the terminal of the bead(BLM18HE152SN1) should be connected to VDDS(1.8V TO 3.8V)???

The bead is more like a filter for the power, what I meant was that the voltage level for the VDD_EB is the same as for the VDDS.

VDD_EB is the supply for the entire system. This is where you connect your power supply or battery. VDDS is a filtered and decoupled version of VDD_EB. DCDC_SW is a step down voltage for the RF part of the part. VDDR is a filtered and decoupled version of DCDC_SW.
