Is it correct that calling HCI_EXT_EnablePTM() 'only' exposes UART0/Alt1 on P0.2/P0.3.
After being exposed, its the responsibility of the BLE tester to run the proper DTM commands.
Can someone confirm/reject ?

Yes, that is correct. It also turns off power management and resets the radio to prepare for DTM commands.
